The Moderation Desk is not a spreadsheet. It is a live command center built directly into the Seshy web dashboard, pulling real-time data from both the Staff Module and the ER:LC integration so your moderation team can see everything happening in your server and act on it without switching tabs, typing commands, or cross-referencing logs. Duty status, player counts, recent moderations, and the full Global Feed update continuously — and when you need to act, the Action Wheel puts every tool one flick away.
“A moderation tool should feel like a control room, not a spreadsheet. That’s the bar we’re building to.”
The Moderation Desk is part of Seshy v2, which is currently in active development. Follow the latest progress at seshy.lol/blog.

The Action Wheel

The Action Wheel is the fastest way to moderate in-game from your browser. Right-click any player card or moderator card on the Moderation Desk and a radial menu opens right where your cursor is. Actions are sorted into clean groups so you never have to hunt:

Warn

Issue a formal warning logged to the player’s infraction history with a quick reason picker.

Kick

Remove a player from the ER:LC server immediately. Reason is logged automatically.

Ban

Ban a player from the ER:LC server with a reason and optional duration.

Jail / Unjail

Place a player in or release them from jail without opening the in-game console.

PM

Send a private in-game message to a player directly from the dashboard.

Kill

Remove a player’s in-game character when the situation calls for it.
Left-click any player card instead of right-clicking to open a full player profile popup — their Roblox username, account details, current in-game status, and recent moderation history all in one overlay.

For Moderators

The Moderation Desk gives every on-duty staff member a complete view of their own activity and the server’s state:
Your duty timer and current shift status are always visible at a glance. The breakdown goes further than a single counter — each activity requirement (hours, mod calls, messages) gets its own progress indicator so you know exactly where you stand against your quota.

For Admins

Administrators get everything moderators see, plus a layer of management controls:
Define what counts toward a moderator’s activity quota by mixing requirement types — shift hours, mod calls handled, messages sent, or any combination. Each requirement type can have its own threshold, giving you the flexibility to weigh moderation actions more heavily than passive time on duty, or vice versa.
A command authorization link scopes exactly which Discord users and roles can trigger which actions from the Moderation Desk. Permission-gated quick actions ensure junior moderators can’t execute admin-level commands even if they have access to the panel.
A dedicated tab surfaces all available in-game moderation commands so your team stays consistent. New moderators can reference the Mod Commands tab instead of memorizing syntax — and you can annotate commands with your server’s own usage guidelines.
Apply your server’s embed colors, logo, and footer text to the Moderation Desk interface so the panel feels native to your community rather than a generic tool.

Key Features

Live Roblox Username Search

Search any Roblox username and see their current in-game status instantly — no need to open the game or run a bot command.

Population Line Graph

A live player count graph tracks server population over time so you can identify peak hours and allocate staff accordingly.

Per-Requirement Breakdown

Duty status splits into individual requirement bars — hours, mod calls, messages — so every moderator can see exactly what they still need to complete.

ER:LC Integration

The Moderation Desk pulls live data directly from your ER:LC Private Server via the API key you configure in /settings → ER:LC Integration.

How It Connects to Other Modules

The Moderation Desk is not a standalone feature — it is the visual front end for two of Seshy’s most powerful modules working together:
  • Staff Module — supplies duty status, shift data, LOA state, and permission levels for every moderator card on the Desk.
  • ER:LC Integration — supplies live player lists, in-game status, kill logs, mod call queue, and the command authorization layer.
Every action you take through the Moderation Desk writes back to the same logs as if you had run the equivalent slash command. Case history, shift logs, and the Ares audit trail all stay in sync automatically.
The Moderation Desk requires your ER:LC Private Server API key to be configured in Seshy. Run /settings and navigate to ER:LC Integration to paste your key before the Desk can display live player data.
